Tiger & Bear Partners, a leading Sydney-based advisory firm, has acquired LUNA, Melbourne-headquartered trusted advisor providing legal and accounting support to startups and venture capital funds navigating pivotal moments of growth.
This acquisition is a key step in Tiger & Bear’s long-term strategy to build the best advisory firm in Australia. The combination of Tiger & Bear and LUNA creates a powerful multi-disciplinary and execution-focused advisory platform.
It brings together two culturally aligned teams known for real-world experience, sharp commercial judgment, and a shared conviction in backing great business leaders.
LUNA will continue to operate under the LUNA brand and its founder and venture-first ethos. LUNA’s existing clients will continue to work with the same team, under the same model they trust.

The combined business will include 40 professionals, predominantly across Sydney and Melbourne and reflects a step-change for both businesses.
