Alex’s career has never really fit into one box. He’s a venture investor, corporate lawyer, strategic advisor and CEO, with a knack for seeing a problem from more than one angle.
As CEO of Tiger & Bear Group, he leads the business while staying closely involved in key projects and client matters. He works with founders, boards and leadership teams on the big decisions — from growth and investment to strategy, transactions and complex commercial issues.
Before Tiger & Bear Group, Alex was Chief Strategy Officer and General Counsel at ASX-listed amaysim, where he led legal and regulatory alongside strategy, investor relations and corporate development.
Earlier in his career, he was a Senior Associate at King & Wood Mallesons, working on major projects across energy, infrastructure and technology.
Alex also sits on the boards of Prvidr and Willow, bringing a practical, commercial perspective to the businesses and people he works with.

Natalie is at the centre of how Tiger & Bear Group runs day to day. She oversees finance, technology, HR and administration, while also working across client matters through project management and paralegal support.
Before joining Tiger & Bear Group, Natalie worked at ASX-listed amaysim, where she supported the CEO and Executive Team and led projects across M&A due diligence, deal execution and post-transaction integration. She also played a key role in winding up the business following its acquisition by Optus.
Earlier in her career, Natalie spent more than a decade at King & Wood Mallesons, including as a senior practice team administrator.

James brings rare depth across tax, finance and commercial strategy, built over more than 25 years advising and working inside growing companies.
He has acted as both a virtual and full-time CFO for ASX-listed and PE-backed technology businesses, giving him firsthand experience in the financial decisions that come with scaling, restructuring, raising capital, managing investors and operating across markets.
At LUNA, he advises founders, executives and boards across virtual CFO services, cross-border tax structuring, M&A, investor relations, R&D tax incentives and employee share schemes.
James is particularly strong at making complex tax and finance issues clear without losing the detail that matters. His work spans Australia, the US, Canada, New Zealand, Norway and the UK. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant, a Chartered Tax Adviser and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Craig brings more than 20 years of finance leadership experience to scaling and investor-backed businesses.
Having worked across founder-led, private equity-backed and regulated organisations, he has particular depth in financial services, insurance, funding, SaaS, health tech, regulated care and tech-enabled services.
At LUNA, Craig partners with founders, boards and executive teams on financial modelling, forecasting, cash flow management, capital strategy, governance and board reporting. He brings a clear commercial lens to the finance function, helping businesses understand performance, manage cash and make confident decisions at critical moments of growth, investment or change.
Craig is a Chartered Accountant and a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants. He holds a Master’s in Accounting and a Bachelor of Commerce.

As Director of Accounting & Advisory, Puneet works with venture capital funds, family offices and growing companies across fund accounting, tax structuring, financial modelling, reporting and due diligence.
He’s the person clients call when they want a clear answer, a steady hand and someone who will keep things moving.
Puneet has supported VC funds in raising more than $50 million and deploying more than $100 million across AgTech, FinTech, SaaS, MedTech and AI. His experience spans assurance in the UK, as well as venture capital and M&A advisory in Australia.
He also sits on the board of Minus18. He holds a BSc (Hons) and Master’s in Finance, Accounting and Management, is a licensed BAS Agent and AFSL Responsible Manager, and is an alumnus of AirTree Explorer, AgVentures and the Aussie Angels Venture Academy.

Laia is passionate about startups and the people behind them. As FinOps Advisor, she works closely with founders and growing teams across bookkeeping, BAS preparation, compliance and day-to-day accounting, helping businesses stay organised and build strong financial foundations as they grow.
She loves being part of the startup ecosystem and enjoys working alongside ambitious founders as they navigate the opportunities and challenges that come with building a business. Practical, approachable and solutions-focused, Laia helps bring clarity to the numbers so founders can focus on growth with confidence.
Whether she's improving processes, supporting compliance or helping a founder better understand their financial position, Laia brings energy, care and a genuine enthusiasm for seeing businesses succeed.

Nikola is a sharp lawyer with a refreshingly down-to-earth approach. She works with founders across company structuring, commercial contracts and capital raises, giving clear, practical advice without making things more complicated than they need to be.
Her background spans commercial litigation, in-house roles with public companies and crowd-sourced funding, giving her a broad view of the challenges founders face as they grow.
Nikola holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts from Victoria University and is admitted to practise in Australia. She brings plenty of personality to the team, along with the judgement and experience to know when to keep things simple and when to dig deeper.

Adil spends most of his time working alongside founders as they build, raise and grow. As Special Counsel and Venture Practice Lead, he advises startups on structuring, governance, fundraising, commercial agreements and the legal decisions that come with scaling a business. His approach is practical and commercially focused, helping founders move forward with confidence while staying focused on what matters most.
With more than a decade of experience across multiple markets, Adil has advised global corporates, public institutions and high-growth startups. Dual-qualified in British Columbia, Canada and New South Wales, Australia, he brings an international perspective and a deep understanding of the venture ecosystem.
Adil enjoys being part of the founder journey, helping businesses put the right foundations in place early and supporting them through the opportunities and challenges that come with growth.

Luna shapes how LUNA is positioned, experienced and remembered across the venture ecosystem.
She works across brand, partnerships, campaigns, and events, helping the firm build stronger relationships with founders, leaders, investors and ecosystem partners. Her work brings together strategy, storytelling and execution, making sure LUNA’s message is clear, distinctive and connected to the people it exists to support.
Before joining LUNA, Luna was based in Berlin leading marketing for a major B2B digital platform at Zalando, one of Europe’s leading online fashion platforms. There, she helped global brands including Nike and Patagonia scale their digital experiences.
She also brings independent consulting experience across Europe and Australia, supporting startups and brands across content, digital customer experience, and brand strategy. Luna holds a Master’s degree in International Relations and Transnational Governance from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.

Ieda focuses on helping founders protect their brands, products, and intellectual property from day one.
Working with startups and tech companies across SaaS, healthtech, and wellness, she handles everything from trademarks and company incorporations to regulatory compliance and customer contracts.
With legal experience spanning both Australia and Brazil, Ieda brings a valuable cross-border perspective to commercial and IP matters, excels at translating technical legal requirements into clear, practical steps, and holds an LLB (Hons) from Brazil, where she is admitted to the Bar. She is currently completing her Diploma in Law at the University of Sydney as part of her Australian admission process.

Hannah is an Intermediate Accountant at LUNA, bringing nearly four years of accounting experience and a strong background working with small businesses and startups.
She’s a Chartered Accountant and has particular experience with SaaS businesses, with work spanning financial reporting and analysis, cash flow forecasting, payroll, payroll tax and activity statements.
Hannah also has plenty of experience working closely with clients and improving the processes around their finances. She likes keeping things clear, organised and easy for clients to stay on top of.

As a Senior Accountant at LUNA, Eduardo works with clients across tax and accounting, helping them stay on top of their obligations and navigate changes as they grow.
A Chartered Accountant, he brings eight years of experience from a Melbourne multi-family office, where he worked across a broad range of tax and accounting matters.
Outside of work, Eduardo rarely sits still. You’ll find him running or volunteering at parkrun, DJing, Chilean dancing, playing social volleyball or testing his knowledge at a trivia night.

Rachitha is an Assistant Accountant at LUNA, working with our clients across bookkeeping, tax compliance and financial reporting.
She brings a mix of technical knowledge and hands-on experience, with a strong eye for detail and a knack for turning complex financial information into something clear and useful. She works across Xero, Excel and Power BI to help keep the numbers accurate, organised and easy to understand.
Thoughtful and thorough in her approach, Rachitha enjoys helping clients get a clearer picture of their finances and what they mean for the business.

Moe brings experience across SaaS, retail, import and export, wholesale, and food and beverage businesses to his role as Assistant Accountant at LUNA.
He works closely with our startup clients, helping them manage their finances, stay organised and keep a clear view of their numbers as the business grows.
Detail-oriented and practical, Moe likes things to add up — and has very little patience for spreadsheets held together by hope.

Allirah keeps things moving across Tiger & Bear Group. As Practice & Operations Manager, she works across everything from document management and due diligence to deal completions, paralegal support and the day-to-day running of the teams.
Before joining the group, Allirah spent more than 20 years at King & Wood Mallesons, bringing a huge amount of experience in legal administration and operations. She’s practical, incredibly organised and the kind of person you want around when there’s a lot going on.

As a Practice Assistant in LUNA’s Operations team, Anh supports clients and the wider team, helping keep day-to-day processes organised and running smoothly.
She brings more than seven years of experience across financial services and accounting support, with a background spanning client service, tax administration, financial planning and adviser technology. Most recently, Anh worked as an Adviser Technology Helpdesk Analyst, supporting Xplan across multiple advice licensees.
Outside of work, Anh is a South East Melbourne Phoenix member, loves exploring Melbourne’s cafés and spending time with family and friends.

As Practice Assistant, Tenzin supports the day-to-day across operations, administration and coordination, keeping things organised and moving.
She’s also completing her law degree at Macquarie University and brings a curious, upbeat approach to everything she takes on. Tenzin is quick to jump in, happy to help and rarely far from a good laugh.
